No Priority date on I-140 Receipt notice.

Hi Guys,

I just found out that my I-140 receipt Notice does not have a Priority date(i.e the column is empty), Does this mean my lawyer forgot to fill in the PD in my I-140 application or this is comon in TSC.

Please let me know.....

I think since the receipt is printed and mailed by TSC.

I am in the same boat, my I-140 also does not have priority date on it. My labor was filed in Dec, 2001. Though the LC certification attached with 140 has the priority date on the cover letter from DOL. I don't remember if it is also on the LC itself. I'm sure that should not be an issue.

Priroity Date will be printed only on 140 approval Notice since it has value only with 140 approval.
