No plastic card yet

Hi all,
i got my passport stamped July 7, 2004 at los angeles (i-485 employment based). On August 11, i got this email:

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

Processing for your Alien Registration Card or Green Card has been completed. Your BCIS document will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.
--------

but nothing since - i called the national service center twice and they said hey are sending an inquiry but nothing so far. Is there anything else i can do (call/ fax local service center? )

wait for another two status changes or call if it is already 60 days passed. Good luck!

Fill in form G-731 and mail it by certified mail to the CSC. Others have reported success using this form, and sending it by certified mail is more reliable than a conversation with NSC for tracking.

Same hear, me and my wife got passport Stamped on july 9th at SJC, so far not received Plastic card, Called NSC, they have initiated an enquiry on 13th Sep 2004. The LUD changed on 24th Sep 2004, but the status remains the same.

Still waiting..
