No Paycheck

I filed my 485 in june 2001 and last month my employer stopped giving me the pay check, i am still working fulltime though. My 180 days are over and i am planning to quit this company. Will i get in any trouble for not having a pay check for last 2 months.

not if..

if you use EAD for another job, and your 485 is not under CSC, you should be fine. If you need H-1 transferred, you might need the paystubs.
