I am a US citizen (divorcee) who will be getting married to a divorcee girl from India in the next 2 months. She also has a 10-year old son, living with her, and has custody of him, though father has meeting rights. Currently, they do a zoom meeting, since dad lives out of country.
For step-child, will my would-be spouse and I need to get the biological father’s permission for me to sponsor him (I-130), or for him to get visa/travel?
Anyone has a wording that we can use for the No objection Certificate from the biological father?
