no oath letter

Guys,
FPs were rejected twice due to being unclassified. Asked to submit police clearance letters at the interview. Which we did within one week of the interview.
Scheduled infopass and were informed that App approved Oct 6. Oath will be in 60-90 days.

We're scheduled to go to india in December.

No oath letter yet.

Any idea what we can do. Application office is Indianapolis.

Is travel on GC ok?

I can imagine the following possibilities. Before you travel, you get your oath letter and oath date is during yoru planned travel period. Then you can either
cancel your travel or reschedule your oath. If oath date is after you planed return, then that is perfect.

If you get oath letter during the travel, this can be a problem if oath date
is before your return. You will miss it and have to reschedule it. Otherwise your travel
has no impact whatsoever

Is travel on GC ok?

Of course OK. Before you take oath, you are still a PR

Yes, travel to India on GC is ok as long as it's not too long (6 months).
Just make sure to have someone check your mail while you're gone (do not have mail forwarded, as mail from USCIS may get sent back) so that you can reschedule oath.
You can even go for an Infpoass and request them to add a note in your case requesting that you be scheduled for oath only after you return from India.
