No Oath for four months in a difficult situation

I was interviewed in june and it has been 4 months now i have not received and oath letter , i called several times and all they tell me it is approved and pending oath.

it is philidelphia office.

yes i did but they told me that the supervisor has not given you approval to clerk so he can sechedule you for oath, i was stuck in name check for 2 yrs and after long time i got approved and now stuck here,

Schedule an Infopass again, request to speak with supervisor. If that doesn't lead anywhere, contact USCIS Ombudsman's office:

Also consider writing congressperson to inquire about your case.

Finally, consider filing lawsuit if you still don't get anywhere.
