To whom it may concern,
I submitted a form I129F, petition for alien fiancée. I mailed this in at the end of April 2004 or the beginning of May 2004. I have heard nothing back on the status. At the time I mailed this form the fee was 110 dollars, I have since seen the notice that the fee was raised 55 dollars, I am not sure if I made the deadline for this increase. I have written to my congressman and he received notice that my petition was rejected, again I have never been notified of anything what so ever. This so called rejection was not specific and was for a I131 #LIN045652996. I have no idea what is happening to my petition I129F. I have tried to talk to someone on the phone and I get no where, my congressman is again trying to find the status, with out a case number it seems no one can help me. I am very frustrated and disappointed in this system, my hands are tied and my future with my fiancée seems to be in the quagmire of an incompetent system lead by the same. I am sure you have never gone through this system, it so you would see to it that there are changes made to serve the people in a manner that you would like to be served. I am a veteran that served my country and I am now ashamed of the way I am treated and I am sure there are thousands more. If there is something wrong with my petition I have no way of knowing and it is stretching my patience to the limit.
I will stop here before I get totally emotional over this matter.
Totally Disgusted,

I would like to hear from someone, not just an automated response, I believe I am due that courtesy.
