Don't tell me you are that honest. I don't think 1 in 1 miilion can be that honest. Perhaps you report it thinking traffic violation does not matter
anyway. What about when you were a small kid and stole a an apple
from a grocery store in your home country? Forget about it too.

No, Mars and Pluto are excluded. USCIS does not worry about traffic violations there.

Thanks for the clarification.In the same analogy --Shall CIS should bother Outside the 'USA' violations?(They are 'foreign' countries like they are 'foreign' Planets and obvously CIS should not bother about 'Foreign' then.).
 
Probably no. Even minor violations in US are not a disqualification for anything. DWI/DUI is a different story however. There is no harm in mentioning these, but you probably do not need to.
