No name on daughter's birth certificate

I will be filing concurrently (one step application) for my daughter. She is 10 yrs old, and her birth certificate from India does not have any names on it. Furthermore, my wife's name is wrongly spelled(instead of one "i", it has two "e"s). I have two passports with all correct information.

Will it affect the processing or I should try to get a duplicate certificate from India (which will be a pain in neck) ?

We got our H1/H4 visa processed with this birth certificate 4 times(original for 1 year, then extension, then another extension and one concurrent ) and it worked like a charm. I did not realize the mistake until I started reading the forms.

You should be okay, since it has worked in the past.
Not necessarily, because there are many people who are here on a visa and didn't have a problem with the missing or inadequate birth certificate in the past, and then when they apply for a green card or citizenship USCIS suddenly makes an issue out of it.

The OP should still file the application with what is available, but should also seek to obtain a reissued birth certificate so it will be ready in case USCIS makes an issue out of it.

Perhaps I made it sound too trivial. Ideally the OP should get a replacement if possible. I assumed that the OP has already exausted those avenues during the NIV processes and has proof of those futile efforts.
