No more walk-ins at Newark

My wife was informed. starting May 1st there will be no more walk-ins for EAD or AP at Newark. So folks if you are planning one ,this is your last chance. I will share some more details after my wife is back.
 
Too bad for people who need AP urgently...

Let hope that CIS will expedite EAD approvals... and increase the validity of EAD.
 
This is scary
My EAD is expiring on May end
I have appiled for my 3rd EAD renewal and RD is Feb 06th
I am not sure I will be approved.
If above is situation is true
what do I do after my EAD expires.
Am I not eligible to get Interim EAD after 90 days

I just spoke to Customer Service Rep
Rule Stills hold
If you have passed more than 90 days and you don't have RFE Pending you can get Interim EAD

Plz amke sure when you commenst something
Many ppl are in same case and it kinda scary
But I appreciate whatever you heard from INS ppl

I-EAD at Newark

Anyone please confirm.

I-765(EAD) RD: 02/11/2004, ND: 02/13/2004

H1 Status (6 Years) expires on 05/15/2004

90 Days from 02/13/2004 would be 05/13/2004 and the only day I can go for I-EAD at Newark is 05/14/2004 as 05/15/2004 is Saturday. So I have no room in here.

Can anyone please provide me with a solid answer for this.

Yes, fortunately, in 2004, we have 29days in February. Otherwise, you have to go over there 05/15/04.
