At last received the so desirable e-mails from UCIS that by the grace of almighty, both of ours 485 have been approved!!
It was a long journey and can you tell from my userid that I HAVE BEEN WAITING so long to hear his news :)

Here are my details:
RD: 08/22/2002
ND: 09/05/2002
2 EADs
2 AP
2nd FP: May, 2004
Approved: 07/08/2004
No RFEs!

Had been with the same employer for the whole time.
This forum was my only inspiration and a great source of information in the whole GR journey! I would sincerely like to thank Rajiv Khanna and all the participants of this forum to make this place such precious for the immigration community.
Good luck to all you who are still waiting and don’t worry your time will come sooner than you think!

Marriage Certificate

Could you please tell me what kind of Marriage Certificate you gave to the INS? Was it an Affidavit or a Certificate from the Local Govt office?

My case was EB3 and I took the marriage certificate from local government.
One thing that amazed me was - I didn't get any RFE even being from a special registration country!
I think, things are improving in NSC. Who knows, is it for the election year or it is a sustainable improvement.
I wish all of you, who are waiting for your approval, would get your GC pretty soon.

Hats off to your for mentioning your sitaution clearly. We all hope that thing should be better with NSC no matter what could be the resaons.
