I-140 APPROVED IN 06/2001
I-485 APPROVED IN 01/2004 (RD 07/01, ND 08/01 ,FP 12/02, RFE1 12/03, RFE2 01/04 APPROVED 01/04)

Online message has not changed yet. I-485 was approved on 01/22/2004. Lawyer received the notice today.

I told you right for your 2nd RFE received they will approve your cases without any problem.
