No LUD since ND

I filed for concurrent i140 and 1485 in 8/04.
on uscis on status search there is no last update after that. i have done my fp and called fbi and they informed me fp results were sent back to uscis in 3/05. i 140 approved in 4/05. is it common to have no lud changes even if fp received by uscis.

It is not common but I have seen some people getting approved without any LUD change. Check the 2004 consolidated tracker in VSC.

I am curious what is the number you used to call FBI for name check? Could you please to share?
