My 140 Ref RD has more than 100 days no LUD


My 140 Ref RD has more than 100 days no LUD What should I do ?
Should I put any query into INS ? Please suggest.

Hi, I am with you. My RFE responsed for 70 days no LUD change after initial LUD on RFE receipt. My attorney suggested me to call after 90 days. So I am waiting 20 more days. One of my friend just wrote inquiry and has not heard anythings yet. I think we have to find the help from congressman or senator
 
Past 90+ days after response to 140 RFE

Completed 19 months today after filing I-140. Still waiting. I think as per NSC this score is low...
