NO LUD after fingerprinting

My FP was done right after i applied for 485. But there has been no LUD change in 4 months. Does that mean I am stuck in name check ?

Should I take INFOPASS ?

I recently changed my address. And sent a change of address to USCIS. And they updated my case address and the LUD also changed at that time.

LUD changes are pretty random and there is no guarantee that there will be LUD changes after FPs or anything else for that matter. I would not worry to much about LUD changes or lack there of.

pirate99,

I have same case as you where after FP my LUD has not been changed since 11/2/06. I asked my lawyer about it and she said it is normal. Don't worry about it.
