No LUD after fingerprint

Hi,

I am not getting any LUD after I did my fingerprint on 10/17. I called FBI and they said the result was sent back to USCIS the same day 10/17. I also called TSC center 3 times and none of them were willing to tell me if my fingerprint result was received. They said they can only tell me that the secruity check (could be name check or fingerprint) is still pending.

Anyone has any idea? Could the fingerprint result be lost?

Tempus is right. See tracker or other threads and you can see many of us who got our FPs done recently (mostly early to mid October) haven't seen any LUD since (I'm one of those who don't have any; my FP was 10/13). My I-485 is pending at TSC, and I am under the impression that TSC is, well, hibernating now... :eek: after some period they were on fire before this.

Sounds like it's not unusual, so I don't think it's time to push the panic button if your FP was only 10 days ago or so. Just relax now (while keeping an eye on it).
 
true...i am in the same boat........having to suffer the cool-off period of TSC...

nice.....can you tell me the phone number and the exact procedure to call FBI??......thanks.

Hi guys,

thanks for the reply. it helps to know that no lud does not mean that something went wrong. You can call FBI @ 304 625 2000 , PRESS #3. Give them your Alien Registration Number and tell them you are calling for your FP results for 485.
 
Any advice

I did get a LUD after my FP.. within a couple of days. Although I haven't received one since ... didn't someone say that NC also results in a LUD. How can I check if that has cleared? Call?
