Logically whoever represented you, if it is you who handled the case all along then you should get the RFE. what about 140, did you have a lawyer then if not who received the approval notices etc?
NC
Thanks derschofer. I had a lawyer for NIW-based I-140 petition, but our contract ended by the time he handed me the approval notice and gave me instructions on I-485 filing(no laywer\'s info. on it). So I guess I\'m representing myself at this stage.
Lawyer receives RFE.. So even though you have applied for 485, I am sure you must have hired atterney for the process. That lawyer will get the RFE.. If you have applied on your own (no lawyer) then you will get the RFE.. Employer will not receive RFE.. Relax..
If there\'s no lawyer\'s info then it will be sent to you as INS communicates to the applicant or the lawyer representing the applicant. Since there\'s no lawyer, it will be sent to U.
