No Interview Letter for Wife

Below are our details. Myself and Wife completed FP and both of us received yellow letter. Interview Letter not received for Wife. What should we do? Whom should we contact?

01-19-2010: Mailed N-400 to Dallas, TX (USPS First Class Mail)
01-21-2010: Application Received
01-25-2010: Priority Date
01-26-2010: Check Cashed
01-28-2010: NOA Received
02-04-2010: FP Notice Received (02/12/2010 both)
02-17-2010: FP Completed (both completed FP)
02-26-2010: Yellow Letter Received (03-01-2010 Wife)
03-11-2010: Interview Letter Received (xx-xx-xxxx Wife)
04-20-2010: Interview Date (xx-xx-xxxx Wife)

You can call them or take an INFOPASS appointment. However, I feel it is still early days and you might want to wait a bit. If you notice your wife's file started lagging your file starting with the YL. Give it another week.

Also, did yours and your wife's online status change - not that change of status can be random also, but still curious.

Wife's status: Request for Evidence since 02/02/2010

Be patient, you only got the letter last week. Spouses' cases are processed independently; if you happen to get an interview on the same date, it's by luck, not design. A one-month difference is common; don't get worried yet.
 
Hi, Raincheck,

Have you got any update? I have the same situation. I and my wife took fingerprints on 2/12/2010. My wife received her interview letter on 3/10/2010. Her interview was scheduled on 4/15/2010. But I am still waiting for mine. Nothing since 2/2/2010 (RFE for fingerprint). I called FBI and was told that my fingerprinting result had been sent back to USCIS the same day.

No updates yet. Called FBI today and they said the FP results for my wife were sent to USCIS the next day after FP (02/17/2010).

My wife's status is RFE since 02/02/2010.


Please keep us posted.
