what does the date for this mean???
I-130 Immediate Relative Classes 07/12/02
we sent out I-130, I-485 and some other forms so my wife could get her green card
currently she has a SS card and work permit that seems to have her A# on it..
we had to give the papers in person to the Hartford CT office and I guess they sent it to the Vermont INS center; this was last August, we haven't received any information since then!! it's very frustrating since September my wife thought she can finally go back to school since she couldn't go last semester... how long will she have to wait?? we can't find the receipt for the papers but i thought we would get something by now at least telling us they are processing it!!
says 7/12/02 we gave all papers to Hartford office in 8/02 so does that mean they will soon go through them ?? I-485 we also sent and that says 1/15/02 that's 6 months to July !! so which form should i follow I-130 or I-485 this is for my wife's green card
