No Immunization Records

Hi All,
I had one surgery in my whole life i dont have records for that and also i dont have records for Immunization.So is it going to be any problem during CP interview..
Suggestions please...

If you can get records form your physician about the surgery that would be helpful. I had surgery too and got all my records.
Immunization records are not that important -- if you dont' have those records, all you would have to do is get all the shots again at the medicals.

Thanks for the reply i have one stupid question.How does they know whether i had surgery or not??

If there is a visible scar then they may ask. If there isn't then you don't need to tell them anything, unless it is a major illness you had.

Question on Vaccinations...

What are the required vaccinations for the medical examination? Is MMR and hepatitis the only vaccine required?

If any of the above concerned with imminication records are for Mumbai, then I would recomend just go to Hinduja.

It is a cake. Nothing is reqd.
