I married an american citizen. He wants to sponsor me so i can naturalized my status. But we have no clue how to do it. But my case is complicated. my mother brought me to this country ten years ago through a tourist visa. I was 11. Then my father file for a spouse sponsor which included me and my brother. the case got complicated and he decided to go back to his home country in 2008. I was ready to go back myself when i met my current husband a year and a half ago. So you see my predicament. I'm still in my father's case but i am now married. i don't know what to do. Or how to file for a status change.
