If she files a divorce, your application for AOS will most likely get rejected.

My advice is try to work out with your wife on the marriage, if everything goes smoothly, you'd be granted an unconditional GC if your marriage is more than 2 years so you don't have to bother filing I-751 to remove conditions 2 years after your PR status received.

If your employer is willing to sponsor you for a GC, then that's another way to get a GC, however this will take years to process.

This depends on country of birth and EB category. If EB1 or EB2 from the rest of the world, GC will come within a year. I actually heard a report that it took only 3 months from LC filing through I485 approval.
