No FP yet

My Notice Date of 485 is Aug\'99. EB3India. My PD is July\'96.
I have not got Finger printing yet. IIO always say I should get it anytime, but months have passed and no sign yet. Anybody else like this. Please let me know.

PD May\'96, EB3, RD Aug\'99, ND Aug\'99, No FP yet....Same reply from IIO everytime that they are processing Aug\'99 cases and
will take 30 to 60 days....

I\'ve seen quite a few guys who have not got their FP notice yet.
Most of these guys have their ID is early 96 and they have applied I485 much before the flood gate opened in Aug\'99.

It\'s really doubtful that all these INS SC do religiously follow any rule in processing the I485 cases!!??

Finally I found the problem. FP notice was sent in May, but I did not recieve it. It seems it goes to the attorney. So either the mail got lost or the employer/attorney did not inform me about it (which is more likely) .
