GUys - so many weeks and no FP notices till now. I wish CSC understood the boundations of us India. How many careers they have screwed, they have no idea...

Well, as far as we know, they don\'t have any idea and of course they don\'t care!!! I wonder why they stop sending the notice. I hope they will send soon since it\'s another month coming - July!

write letters to INS. My lawyer says they will write letters to INS only after 120 days of aplication pending....does anybody have any ideas..this is really becoming a big deal now......

shit man like somebody posted yesterday they have stopped FP after ND 03/16/01 and only after all 485 cases till ND 03/16 are assigned then it will be a big problem for many people...this is crazy and not fair...i think writing to senators and lawyers and they in turn putting pressure in INS should have some effect

Guys, anybody who has got a FP notice......anybody talked to IIO in this reference..please post here. I have been trying to call an IIO but was not able to reach INS.

The current delay of issuing finger print notices by
CSC seems to be consistent with their practice. As
we said it before, from past experiences, CSC issues
a batch of FP notices to whole bunch of people when
they think they are about to clear up existing files.
When the next batch comes, it will be excellent news.

Ciba, I agree, but isnt it becoming too much now. For lots of people not clogging of mail room is itself a horror story. Really ridiculous on part of INS to handle our cases like this.

Yes, it seems weird that everything has slowed down
all of a suddent for no apparant reason. We don\'t see
as many approvals as in early this year. I wonder
when the next rosy period will come up.

Are they all on summer vacation or what??? Where
exactly is the increasing budget/money going?
