No FP NYC - Didnt get response on other threads

Still no FP notices :(

NOw people who filed in AUg/Sep/Oct are getting FP notice so wait and watch ur turn will come soon

my I-485 ND is 27 Feb 2004 and I received fingerprint notice on 4 Oct scheduled for 18 Nov 2004. My location is Newark, NJ


I think depending on the availability of the fingerprint location, they might issue the notices. May be NYC is booked until after some time, so that's why the delay in getting FP notices may be

Assuming that the FP notice issuance is delayed due to location (for example, nyc locations are backlogged), does this also mean that the ultimate green card issuance is also delayed?

yes, it will be delayed
but given the way how USCIS works, we don't know anything

even though a person who may have given his fingerprinting before u might have his case stuck or lost for osme reason or other or otherwise transferred

but even though u had fingerprinting after him, ur case may get approved sooner

FP notices in Manhattan

Could some of you who are residents of manhattan and have received finger printing notices please specify your 485 notice dates?
