No FP Notice

Hi,
We filed I-140/485/EAD/AP (Concurrent EB2 at NSC)..
RD: 6/11/2004
AP:7/15/2004 (Approved)
EAD: 8/11/2004 (Approved)
Wife's FP Notice : 7/9/2004 Rcvd :8/9/04 (Updated Status)..

My wife got FP Notice and process has resumed, i did't get till now, is this some thing very common eventhough we filed on same date?.

Similar thing happened to me

In my case I received the FP notice but not my wife. I went and did my FP and waited for my wife FP notice and did not receive it. But my lawyer had received both the notices and I had no idea about that notice. So after contacting my lawyer, he told us to simply go to the FP center (Chicago, Harlem) where I had FPed and get her FP done. Thus my FP was done on May29 04 and hers July 7th 04 different dates ! The dates and the message has been updated and showing the respective dates on her LIN.

So I thought that the FP people are pretty cool and lot better than USCIS.

Finger print

I got a finger printed 3 months ago, but NSC did not get my finger print.
IS it common that finger prints are lost on the way to the cervice center?
Please help! What should I do know?
