No FP notice after receiving NOA

I finally got my FP notice yesterday for Jan. 24th. The notice read that the fingerprints in their record had expired so they need to be re taken. Thsi is preposterous since I was never FP in the first place. Any way I'm going to try a walk in In Newark ASC this Saturday since I'm travelling on 24th. Will ipdate you'll on my status...
 
Successful walk in FP at Newark ASC

I did a walk in FP on Jan. 12th at Newark ASC for my FP appointment on 24th Jan. The officials were very courteous, friendly, supportive and understanding. I reached ASC at 9.30 am andw as done by 11.30 am. There was just one another person for walk in for FP who too was successfully granted an appointment.
