No FP letter yet - Nearing a month

Do they do name check before sending RFE and FP letter? As you can see my signature below, it is going to me a month; I never heard anything. Any idea why FP is getting delayed?

I did mention my name with initials in the 'Other name field'. Is this getting delayed because of Name check? Thanks

I think you are just a tad too anxious. It is about 2.5 weeks since they sent you the notice of action. Wait a bit.
Name check has nothing to do with FP scheduling.

If you don't receive FP notice in a week call them may be it was lost in mail.

Thanks; I just see an update today; RFE sent on 27th. So guess will get FP letter soon

Do you guys are able to receive online status check with the receipt number? my wife's notice receipt number in the online status check shows not able to find the case. her I797C notice date is 04/19/2010, sent to Arizona.

Yes; I can see online status changing. But not getting email updates. I have to login and check the status
