Any body in the same boat?
I have received FP For myself, but haven't received for my wife.
I140 -05/11/2004 (RFE - 02/24 Ability to pay)
I485 - 08/16/2004
FP for self - Received on 02/28, schedulled on 03/17.
FP for spouse- ?
 
take it easy, it would come later. Mine comes a day after my husband's
Meantime, check with your lawyer if he/she received the copies of your notice. If the lawyer has both of ur copies, then it is just a delay by the USPS.

Received FP for Spouse

Today I have received FP for my wify..
I140 -05/11/2004 (RFE - 02/24 Ability to pay)
I485 - 08/16/2004
FP for self - Received on 02/28, scheduled on 03/17.
FP for spouse- Received on 03/03, Scheduled on 03/17.
 
Hey Vibrant,

After how many days you received FP notice for your wife? I have not received my wife's fp notice as well... Mine was received on March 19 with schedule date of May 3 , 2005.

Please let me know whether you contacted any one or not?

After 4 Days from my notice, But both posted on the same day from USCIS, may be got separated on the way. even the FP Date/Time was same for both me and my wife.
I did not contact any one. she should recieve the same this week.

I received my wife's FP today with 2 days apart than my scheduled date...
