No fingerprint on plastic card - 2nd time mistake after I90

Guys,
The first time I got my plastic card, there was a spelling mistake due to which I had to file a I90 for a replacement card. I got the replacement card within 2 months but this time the fingerprint is missing. How important is it to have the fingerprint on the plastic card. Shall I file I90 again ?. I am quite frustrated with my experience with INS.

Any advice will be appreciated.
