My ND/RD is 01/16/2003 and i haven't received my FP yet. Anybody in the same boat?

RD/ND May 9/10 2002( no, not an error, really 2002!!)
NO FP yet. I see no +ve side about not getting an FP notice since unofficially, in TSC people with RD/ND Jan/Feb 2002 have started getting approval notices, the unfortunate ones like us who have been forgotten by BCIS have no hope i.e. we have not got a single FP notice since filing close to 2 years ago..........

NSC EB3 RIR Concurrent. Got EAD/AP already.

Isn't it too early ?
