No Finger Print Notice Yet

Changed companies after 180days, been working with new sponsoring co. for over 1year and my attorney sent letter to INS requesting AC21...
I still have not gotten anything back, not even the fingerprint notice and my employer wants me to move to another state (same TX Center).
Is this normal? What do you guys think?
Please any help is greatly apprecited.

I have the same situation. ND 03/02. I noticed lot of 04/02 got FP's. Hope we dont have to wait much.
