No Email for LUD's

Hi, I opened an account on USCIS website and also opted for email notifiation still I do not get any emails for LUD's (I did have 3 LUD's since submission). I was wondering if USCIS send emails for LUD's or just for the decisions? Can anyone comment.

This is normal initial internal processing
you will get a mail when they issue you a RFE or approval or other notices. Normal internal processing like fileing, matching e-filed petion with supporting docs usually do not generate an e-mail.

Sumeet is right. LUDs dont generate e-mails. I got an LUD today after FP, no e-mail. It is normal. Just keep on chekcing your USCIS account and feel satisfied something is going on, and wait for the final result. Thats all you can do...:)

No ! I did not have any data which was not published so did not an submit abstract. Hey Sumeet where r u working in USA.

for those of you who have been through the process espcially regular processing for NIW/EB-1 applications.

regarding the LUD... there is usual LUDs in the intial 1-2 weeks period (probably intial processing) and then it is quite (no LUD for a while).

Would that be true if you start seeing LUD changing after a quite period, that a decision is imminent?

Is there any predictions based on LUD regarding case processing and decision?
