Alright folks, I am usually skeptical of crackpot theories that keep coming up on this board e.g. they are approving by geographical location etc. But I am finally succumbing to someone\'s suggestion that EB2 seems to be much slower than EB1 and EB3. All the approvals/RFEs I have seen with RDs later than 3/99 seem to be either EB1 of EB3. EB2 seems to be in a completely different queue. Any takers? Crazyboy I hope you are also keeping track of the approvals on this board so that we have a coherent table to look at. Tired of waiting and trying to figure out the inner workings of the INS. All my sharply honed analytical skills gained from a gruelling engineering Ph.D. are of no avail when it comes to the INS. I am completely stumped.

I agree with you. The pattern says that officers are assigned for different categories. You are right! No new EB2 cases are approved after audit week except one which I have just seen with ND of April/EB2/NIW. So we may see more approvals in next week.

Guess a number between 1 and 100? If it is same as what i thought then
you will get your approval next week.
This is the formula INS uses for approvals.
1. Assign IDs for all applications starting from 1.
2. Pick a number randomly between 1 and total no.of apps.
3. If that number happens to be your ID, yahoo! you are approved.
Hang in there dude. Your turn will come soon.
