Is there anyone in august who hadn\'t received their EAD\'s yet?

Go to your local INS office and get Interim EAD which is as good as the one sent from TSC

Do local INS charge any fees for interm EAD.What documents are necessary to get Interm EAD.

If after 90 days from RD of EAD, no fees needed. Just an ID, the EAD receipt should be enough.

Thanks Jaxen.I am planning to go to local ins to get my wife\'s EAD which i applied in Texas on 11/01.What happens if one has\'t received his receipts from stupid centre.

If we get Interim EAD , will TSC issue another EAD after that?

90 Days is from EAD receipt date. However if it is 90 days beyonf 485, you can get an interim EAD.
Sometimes they give an interim EAD valid for 180 -240 days. And then you receive the regualr EAD> SOmetimes the one you get in the INS local office is a valid EAD.
