No cos, no aos, no eos

My girl friend lives in Beijing. She has a B1 B2 visa. She came to visit me on Sept 6, 2008. Immigration officer wrote, NO COS, NO AOS, NO EOS in her passport and was told that she could only stay one month.

My girlfriend came to the USA on 2 occasions last year spending a total of 7 months.

Other then a K1 visa. Is there any other visa that she could apply for in China that will allow her to come to the USA.

Her B1 B2 visa expires in May 2009. If she flew to the US would immigration let her in?

She has already raised suspicision with ICE/CBP. If you both are serious about marriage, then go the K-1 route.
