No change in TSC I-485 Processing date !!!

TSC Processing times were released today and there is no
change in I-485 processing date, still it shows 1 July99.

To avoid pressure from applicants, senators and congressmen
I feel they don\'t want to move the dates beyond July 99, but silently
process cases with ND 8/99, 9/99, 10/99 and 11/99.

You have a Q and a guess. Your guess is as good/bad as other as far as INS is concerned.

It is really a surprise answer.

The reason I had this question is because my RD is dated on 06/99 (well, I sent out I-485 on 08/99, I do not know why dated on 06/99 in recept, but the RD in AVM is 09/99, just one day ahead of ND, INS really confuses me),and my my ND is 09/99. I was thinking that if 07/01/99 represents RD, I may have a good case to call my senators, but if 07/01/99 is ND, I may possibly get disappointing response (like INS is processing 07/01/99 case) from the senators, according to what people said.
