No Change in Status on 140 & 485

My info:

140 & 485 Receipt Date 03/05/2004
140 LUD 12/15/2004
485 LUD 12/15/2004

The LUD was 10/27/2004 on the 485 till the 15th of December, then it changed to 12/15

The Online/Phone Status of both Cases has not changed.

Is anybody else in a similar situation?

I am getting a little worried.
 
My case is EB2 concurrent. I140 RD is 01/26, 2004, LUD is 11/30/04 FP is RD is 04/10/2004. I485 LUD 10/27/04. I have not got any feedback yet. My lawyer just told me to wait, but no idea how long to wait. Anybody has similar cases?

i am waiting since sept. 2003. so don't worry. but don't sit idle. keep bugging someone or the other - call the emergency number and talk to them. an hr person had called a couple of weeks back and she had inquired abt my 140 and was told it is pending - so she asked them to nudge the division which works on these cases - div - 1. i learned that 140 app was assigned to an officer recently. i talked to a guy on 29th or 30th and he was real nice - even told me the status of 140 application. they are not allowed to do that.

so the crux of the matter is keep your file active somehow - don't let them sleep over it.
