No case details when called IIO (WAC-01-277) Any suggestions ?

I called the IIO few of days back and was advised to call my lawyer if I needed to find out any details about the case. I pleaded but the Officer told they could discuss it only with the Lawyer or the Company representative.

Called my Lawyer and got a standard reply some case talk 3 to 9 months after finger printing. The AVM "The FP were received and processing on the case has resumed......" since Jan its been the same.

Any thoughts, suggestions, advice.

wait for 3o days and then ask your attorney to contact CSC with a level one fax enquiry
 
There are some IIO\'s who give that standard reply?

What can you do. If are lucky you get a helpful/polite IIO, who atleast gives the proper status.
