No card for wife yet

I have received my card after approval in mid May.
Wife has not received it though approved and stamped with me. When she called, IIO said that we have to fax our enquiry to a certail number. Someone in the same boat. I hope a closure is brought to this nonsense soon.

I had my POE on May 3rd 2002. I got my card in 3 weeks and my spouse got hers. Mean while, I tried calling TSC number and it is always engaged. How did you get contact with the IIO? Do we have to call at any particualr time? Could you help sharing the fax number?

Card not Received for Wife

Same case with my wife.
We stamped passport on 06.12.02.

My daughter and I received the card on 08.12.02.

My wife still has not received hers. Her message still says "Processing has been completed....975 days--blah blah".

Just waiting patiently.

Primary applicant rcvd card..but not dependent

Hi,

We got the passport stamped on 08/05. The primary applicant (my husband) got his plastic card on 09/09. I have still not rcvd mine. The Avm for both of us says "card ordered on august 28th".

Should we call the IIO and find out or just wait?

2. The Fax number where to find out the status of GC
3. Any web site or source of information to find out the status.
