No BIO but case can not be found

Today, I found that my case can not be found even though I have not do my BIO yet. Actually, I never received such notice for BIO. Is that means I was approved without BIO? Anyone has the similar experience? Pls share and advise if there is anything I need to do now. Thanks.

Congrats! I think you are approved! I've read on this forum that some people got approved without bio. They were ask for bio 2 (fingerprint of index finger, photo and signature) after approval!!!
 
Yes, the USCIS website has been down since last night. I am not able to log on ot check my case status...
