I have not seen any approvals in the last couple of days from VSC posted
here.

Everyone is going crazy with this GC lottery issued by the INS.
 
What do you call these?

Aug cases are being approved while half the July
cases are pending...this is a real lottery then.
This whole GC business is shady. Do the lawyers/sponsoring company specify any date beyond when they would like the INS to approve a particular case? it surprises me that cases are being approved in random order.

A suggestion:
When a user clicks on "Yesterday\'s" or "Today\'s" approvals, the result that comes out is according to the date the data got "entered" and not the actual Approval Date. Do you think you could modify these two to list out all approvals by querrying on the approval date instead of the posted date?

what is so difficult is processing cases in a certain
logical order? like RD or EAC # ?
No american can tolerate someone cutting him off when standing in line. But foreigners have no right to vote and hence they
can push them around as they wish.
 
if you think they are unfair to foreigners why are you in queue for immigration???

None of us know what they do or how they process.
They probably do whats logical for them.

to be able to get citizenship one day and call my senator and
ask him to make INS provide their processing logic to all people!
sorry just frustrated and I\'m sure many people here feel the same
way.
