It is so strange that while other centers are moving forward, no approval from VSC is reported in the past days, why???

VSC clearing mailbags

from the front of their door to get to their desks.

Just kidding.
Apparently they have a huge backlog of mail according to an IIO (when spoken to last week). That's why the slow progress.

Maybe becasue of the concurrent filing. Imaginably, there will be huge amount of filing rushed in - all new I140/I485 cases, all old 140 cases with rushed I485 cases. INS always do stupid policy change. They do not know how to handle the concerrent filing yet.
