No Approval Yesterday ?!

There are always these

complaints at the end of the day.

1. If there are no approvals, why no approvals ??
2. And if there are, then why not me??

Ultimately, if point 1 makes you feel 75% depressed, point 2 makes you feel 60% depressed(at least for me)

So, there is not much difference between the two.

I think we should keep our expectations low.
When we didn't see any approvals for a month & half, we were gone nuts. Now we are seeing some approvals per week. I think it's much better situation than what we had in last month.
Something is better than nothing.

Crawling is better than not moving at all! :D

Probably now the people in INS are wondering where they're going to be or who they are going to report to after Jan 24 reorganization.

I hope we dont get stuck in all these policy changes. As it is out of sight seems out of mind for them. God knows how many people from Aug/Sept are left behind and these guys are saying they're working on October cases. I mean this is a joke their entire system is.

INS is definitely doing something else now. The "flood approvals" theory is not correct at all. Only 1 or 2 approvals per day is not normal speed.

I have found 9 approvals on 1/14/03. But it should be much more.

What can you expect when the country appears to be closing its doors to immigrants?
Even tourists/visitors are being chased these days ..

I assume approvals are slow as INS slowly digest the big rules of
Ascroft-ology.

Hopefully all you guys should be approved very soon.

Roran - you forgot to mention - you were 90% depressed when you got RFE - Don't worry - the depression will soon go away.
