No approval.. Really worried.

This is really frustrating. Can't concentrate on work or anything. I thought my approval was around the corner, so just waited. Finally called TSC IO on Monday and she didn't even want to talk to me. Provided no case details or anything. Very rude

I received a couple of LUD's on 6/20 and 6/21 , but I guess they were for address change.

My case is similar to others , nothing special..

Xferred on March 7th, FP on May 5th..

Got a strange message on May 8th stating that they mailed a document to the address on file on May 8th. Called TSC IO on June 9th to find out what it was and they said it was a FP notice that bounced from the lawyers old address. They said not to worry since they have my FP results. At the same time they said my name check was pending.

Also applied for EAD originally at VSC in April that got transferred to TSC late in May, and no updates on that as well.

Don't know where I go from here. At this point I at least need my EAD approval so that I can continue working.

God plz help..
 
Yes, it is really frustrating when others with similar PD / RD gets approved..

Nothing against them.. but it is like.. why I am not getting it like..

yes.. it is very difficult to sleep and do things.. really.. I understand.. but cant do any thing..

Either they have to tell yes or no.. they should not leave me in this situation.. neither there nor here..

It is very frustrating.. when I see others who have applied much ahead of me and getting approval from same country and same EB category..

If this is the case.. they why DID USCIS / LAW made these categories.. I dont know.. It is all B.S.

IT is very very frustrating.. and tensioning.. no other words to tell.

you are not alone

There are too many people are waiting from PD 2001/2002. I know I hate USCIS is processing random ... so that is hurt us.
 
2001 PD and still waiting? Without labor sub? USCIS hates labor subs, so it is not surprising that they would give some of those cases a low priority, but it is really terrible for those with original labor in 2001 to still be waiting.

Infopass

Go for an Infopass appointment as soon as you cross the 90 day mark of filing your EAD and you can expedite that and get your EAD to work

Please stop whining and writing about your depressions and frustrations in every post. You guys are not adding anything useful to the conversation. We all know how much "life sucks" and how much "tensioning" you guys are going through but its time to vent it somewhere else, don't you think? Maybe you guys can start emailing each other directly?
