No Approval for August ? Only 2-3 approval within last couple days ?

We all worry about new laws and regulation. Comeon atleast just post your approval. Jo Hoga Dekha Jai Ga !

August is quite slow.Meanwhile july is on the move.

As we are worried, INS is also worried suspecting every alien as criminal due to their inefficiency

The itself is not clear to attorneys,govt officials, INS workers and also people.

today morning, spoken to IIO,

My rd is aug 08 and ND is sep 28.
But, she said, my rd is Sep 28th and now they r processing august cases and mine will take another two more months.
This is the way VSC is processing cases.

VSC SUCKS BIGTIME!

still my case not yet assigned to any officer!

there is one aug 06 case approved. Mine is aug 08, but asper IIO my case not even assigned to officer. so in my case there are fallowing ND which is sep 28. I guess.

  I have already posted on this site I got Approved on 5/13 for RD 8/6 and ND 9/26 FP on 2/13 in SAN JOse. Still waiting for Notice letter and message says posted.

  Please don\'t worry, things are moving and you are next.
