No AP

My 3rd AP was approved on 2/19

And the current status online is

Application Type: I131, APPLICATION FOR BCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status:

On March 1, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

I still haven't received my AP.

MY 3rd EAD was approved on 2/19 and my attorney received it on the 2/23

Do I need to be concerned?
 
I als had the similar situation.

My wife's Ap was approved, But we never received it.

On continueous telephonic/ Mail communicationwith INS,
they are just saying that it has been approved.

No resolution on Missing in Transit...

pls let me know if anyone has any solution to it.
 
I had similar situation in 2002. AP was approved in late August but did not get it till end of October. I had a trip planned to India in November. While my useless lawyer was suggesting a re-file (so that he can charge my company again) I kept on sending faxes to INS everyday (about 3-4 times) and wrote all over the enquiry fax "HELP ME" and kind of begged them to re-issue a duplicate AP. It worked and I got a fax saying that they are issuing a duplicate one. The best part of the story is that when my lawyer finally received the duplicate one, he took entire credit by saying that he did talk to some INS officer for the duplicate AP !!!

Conclusion: Keep on sending enquiry fax to INS multiple number of times a day till they reply.
 
AP received

I got my AP in mail yesterday.

I was approved on 27 Feb and mailed on 4 march as per online message.

Receipt Date is 2 Jan 04
