Hi All,

I am in a crucial situation.

It's been almost 7 months since I got the receipts for my AOS, AP, EAD from TSC.

I was able to obtain I-EAD from local INS office, but still haven't heard anything on AP.
There is no RFE on any of the applications.
Every time I call TSC, they tell me there is nothing wrong, the application is still in process. They ask me to call back in a couple of weeks. When I call back I am told the same thing. It's frustrating. I tried to fax them a letter regarding the issue, but it never goes through.
I understand that I can't get AP from local INS office either.

Has anyone gone through the same problem? Please tell me what to do? What options do I have? I would greatly appreciate any responses.

You can try to get AP from local office or nearest district office...Alternatively apply for a new AP (contingency...)

Thanks Jaxen,

I called local INS office. They said since my application is based on AOS, I need to contact TSC not them. They can't issue me AP.
I also asked about re applying, they said I can't.

Any other alternatives, you could suggest?

I still suggest go to the local INS office with an email or letter from back home requesting your presence there. If your local INS office answered your call then they have lot of free time. Moreover your nearest district office is more equipped to give emergency AP. DHS is not a credi card agency, where a telephone call will solve all your problem.

Re apply with service center, although TSC has a freeze till march because of TPS for el salvador..
