Since two days there has been no activity. Saw some approvals on 1st and 2nd and nothing since then.

Did they stopped working or are they taking a spring break?

Talked to two different IOs just now

My PD is July 2001, I filed 485 in June 2007. One IO said clearly that my "namecheck is pending and that I qualify for 180 day rule let me pass on your information to that department"

When I called back again to find out about my wife's details the other IO said her namecheck is clear however she cannot be approved until mine is. Anyway so she also said I cannot expect anything this month because processing date for I485 @ Texas is April 2007, while I filed in June 2007.

Howcome some guys got approval who filed in June 2007?

Howcome they are so many pending guys who filed even before 2007?

I hope April clears all old timers so that my time may come. Flush Flush.

It is Irony of Life. I have been waiting waiting waiting waiting .... wai... waiting. dont know when this will end.

Neb has been approving cases. TX has no update after April 03. Like it was mentioned by other user, looks like Tx is sweeping all the old application and will collect infor till april 30. By then, Neb would have exhausted the Visa numbers...

Tried to call TSC, it says due to temp outage my case info could not be retrieved and it hangs up after that...

anybody else able to get through the TSC IO
