No AC21 ?

My case is EB3. Company "A" filed Labor/140/485 ... 140 approved. then after 180 days I switched to company "B".

I got a RFE for my 485 case (asked for few more medical reports), which I replied and now the status shows - received reply for the RFE.

Its been 3-4 months I havent filed AC-21, what would be the consequnce if I dont file AC-21 ??

I've seen some people's 485 cases get approved months after switching
company without filing 21 but AFAIK the worst case is a revoling of
your case.

Are you on H-1 or EAD ?
Have you got RFE after you switched your employer or before the switching?

It is better to send the AC-21 Proactively. You can defend your self in case USCIS does some mischief.
